Chromatic Patterns for Zurich
2008-06-11 16:52:06
tempera
12 x 68 ft.
Description: This work is site specific, for a "U-shaped" gallery, Hausler Contemporary in Zurich, facing the street divided by a large hallway (pictured) where the painting picks up where it leaves off and continues around the entire room including the large column that is painted on four sides. The wall painting casts strong color reflections or effemeral fugitive color both within the gallery as well as out into the street beyond the four walls.
